The foundation of our success at Vital Force MMA is our Muay Thai program. Our system is based on traditional Muay Thai utilizing kicks, knees, elbows, punches, and clinch, but also utilizes the movement and punching style of Western Boxing. Our style is cage and ring proven, having won both the 2022 IKF World Classic Title in Orlando, Florida (pictured on the right) and the 2022 USMTO National Title in Phoenix, Arizona.
Our program, and our team, have developed to accommodate Muay Thai practitioners of any level. We pride ourselves on being a family, and we are always working hard to help our teammates reach their full potential. So, whether you are brand new to the Muay Thai, or have years of experience, Vital Force is a good place to call home.

Our No-Gi Jiu Jitsu class is built on practical technique with self-defense and MMA in mind. Our experienced coaches will help you develop a strong grappling game involving wrestling takedowns, No-Gi Judo throws and sweeps, as well as the submission game that has made Jiu Jitsu the well known force that it has become in the combat world. Our holistic approach to training emphasizes physical fitness, mental toughness, and overall well-being. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced martial artist, our class will improve your skills, build your confidence, and help keep you safe!
Our boxing class is centered around developing your hand fighting for MMA, Muay Thai, and K-1 style kickboxing, but has been highly successful in competitive sport Boxing, as well, with our fight team winning over 90% of our Boxing fights in the past 2 years of competition. In our classes, we stress the perfection of fundamental mechanics and technique to develop technical and effective fighters. In doing so, our students learn to utilize every moment to capitalize on their opponents mistakes, whether it be leading the attack or counterattacking. Paired with our advanced knowledge in Muay Thai, this has lead to the development of incredibly well-rounded fighters and martial artists coming out of the Vital Force program.
Our MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) Class teaches a wide array of techniques that are utilized in a fight. We work on everything from takedowns and takedown defense to ground and pound striking to simple submissions that are utilized in mixed martial arts. Our students are very well rounded when it comes to a competitive fight or self-defense. While our program may center around Muay Thai, our students have the opportunity to gain experience in Wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, Catch Wrestling, Judo, Panantukan Filipino Boxing, Western Boxing, and Dutch Style Kickboxing.

Our 12 Week Rapid Advancement Course is perfect for all levels!
