7 Health Benefits of Lavender Essential Oil

Lavender essential oil is one of the most popular oils out there, and with good reasons, since this oil has so many great health improving benefits and can increase your overall feeling of well-being. Lavender essential oil has a lovely floral scent and can be found in many beauty products and perfumes, because of its pleasant aroma. But this oil has many great properties, and here are 7 ways you can use lavender in your everyday life.

1 – Sleep Aid

If you have a difficult time falling asleep at night or staying asleep, lavender can help you get a nice calm rest.
